How do I reset my password? Use the Forgot password? link on the login screen. An email will arrive within a few minutes. Check your junk folder if it doesn't appear.

My child hasn't synced their progress — what do I do? Ask them to open the app while connected to Wi-Fi. Sync happens automatically in the background.

A teacher can't log in. What should I do? School admins can resend the invitation from Users → Teachers → Resend Invite.

How do I add a class? Teachers can create Groups from the Groups section in the left sidebar after logging in.
