This page covers everything related to your parent account — logging in, resetting your password, and what to do if you get locked out.
Resetting Your Password
Problem: You forgot your password and can't log in.
Solution:
- Go to the Questerix login page.
- Click Forgot password? below the login button.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Click Send reset link.
- Check your email inbox — you'll receive an email from Questerix within a few minutes.
- Click the link in the email. It takes you to a page where you can set a new password.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Save. You're now logged in.
Verification: You're redirected to your dashboard after saving your new password.
Check your junk folder
Reset emails sometimes land in spam or junk. If you don't see it in your inbox after 5 minutes, check there first.
Changing Your Password
Problem: You are already logged in and want to change your password.
Solution:
- Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings or Account.
- Find the Change Password section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password.
- Click Save changes.
Verification: A confirmation message appears. Your next login will use the new password.
Your Email Address
Your email address is set by your school's administrator. If you need to change it, contact your school admin — they can update it for you.
Logging Out
To log out from any device:
- Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Log out.
You'll be taken back to the login screen.
I Never Received My Invitation Email
If you were told an account was created for you but you never got an email:
- Check your spam/junk folder and search for "Questerix".
- If it's not there, contact your school administrator and ask them to resend the invitation.
